We are located 1 mile off the A1, 5 miles North of Morpeth & 12 miles South of Alnwick at Eshottheugh.

Look out for the yellow Zoo wagon that is parked at the end of our road on the side of the A1 when we are open.
Public Transport
Due to our remote location, public transport is not recommended. This is something we are working on.

Why?
The bus stops are on the road sides of the A1 at Burgham Park & Eshott, approximately 1/4 of a mile North/South of our road-end. There are no footpaths on the sides of the A1 to walk on. If travelling from the South, you will have to crossover the A1 to get to our road and there is no pedestrian crossing.
Then, it is a one-mile walk from the top of our road-end to the Zoo. This is not ideal for push-chairs or individuals with mobility issues.
