We are passionate about the future of Northumberland Zoo and have big ambitions for what we can achieve. As a registered charity, we want to build on the work we are already doing and create opportunities to go further than ever before.
 
We are proud members of BIAZA, the British and Irish Association of Zoos and Aquariums, and accredited members of EAZA, the European Association of Zoos and Aquaria. Our membership and accreditation recognise the work we do beyond the standards required of us, while giving us opportunities to work alongside others and play a part in making a difference for wildlife both here in Northumberland and further afield.
 
We have an incredible opportunity to bring people in the North East closer to wildlife and the natural world. For many of our visitors, Northumberland Zoo offers the chance to come face to face with animals they might otherwise never have the opportunity to see, while discovering more about the natural world and the challenges facing wildlife. The support of people like you helps us continue creating those moments, while allowing us to build on how far we have come and look towards everything still ahead.
 
Every donation and every act of support helps us invest in the future of Northumberland Zoo, care for the animals who call it home and increase our impact for wildlife and the natural world.
